About
The RBA is at the forefront of innovation when it comes to helping companies conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and corrective actions to help improve conditions in their global supply chains.
The RBA developed its worker voice platform, "RBA Voices," to help members of the RBA and its Initiatives, as well as their suppliers, improve communications with workers and conditions in their supply chains by giving workers more ways to provide feedback and learn important professional and personal skills while providing companies with greater visibility into their facilities.

RBA Voices helps facilities identify and address issues before they become more serious and allows workers to play a greater role in those efforts, which can build trust and improve worker satisfaction.
RBA Voices is an included benefit for RBA members and its Initiatives, and therefore there are no costs to companies, suppliers, facilities or workers in their supply chains to use the platform.

CORE FEATURES
An easily accessible tool that enables companies to deploy scalable, multilingual, and customizable surveys to thousands of workers across facilities. Assists companies in gaining actionable insights directly from workers.
Benefits:

Workers can participate by scanning a unique QR code or using the RBA Voices mobile app or web form. Surveys are available in multiple languages to ensure broad accessibility.
A survey can include multiple facilities, be deployed in multiple languages, and be scheduled for specific time windows, allowing consistent rollout while accommodating local needs.
Companies can download aggregated data, export dashboards and visual summaries, and access a summary insights report highlighting worker sentiment and facility-level trends.
A secure, multilingual digital channel that enables workers and stakeholders to raise concerns, provide feedback, and seek resolution directly with facility management via a QR code, mobile app, or web form with anonymous (if selected) two-way communication and options for third-party oversight.
Benefits:

The Feedback and Grievance Tool can be used by workers at supplier facilities, as well as other external stakeholders where the public webform option is enabled. Any facility within the supply chain of an RBA member or an RBA Initiative is eligible to deploy the tool.
Workers may submit feedback anonymously, and identifying information is never visible to facility management if anonymity is selected. The RBA enforces a strict non-retaliation policy and provides a secure escalation option so workers can report unresolved concerns—or retaliation itself. All cases are managed within a protected system designed to safeguard submitter identity and safety.
Local facility management is the primary responder to grievances raised, and responsible for addressing the issues raised by workers. However, if the worker is not satisfied by a response provided by the local facility management, it can be escalated to the RBA or another third-party for further review.
A mobile app containing 400+ courses in multiple languages for facility management and workers. Courses are gamified and intuitive, with metrics visible in the app and certificates available upon the successful completion of courses.

The RBA Voices Worker Learning App’s library of courses consists of training from first aid to self-management, to finance and more. Some examples are "Problem Solving," "Team Cooperation," "Frontline Team Leader Roles and Responsibilities," and "Understanding Mobile Bookkeeping."
By downloading the RBA Voices app on the Apple App Store or Google Play, workers have access to the Learning App. When in the app, under "Digital Learning," workers can go into the "Library" to view all courses or can click on the "Learning Map" to view pathways and achievements.
When courses and/or learning paths are successfully completed, a digital badge or certificate is provided, which can be downloaded and shared.
RBA Voices is available to members of the RBA and its Initiatives, as well as their suppliers. Workers in facilities connected to these members and suppliers can access its features.
The platform ensures feedback is collected in a number of ways that workers can use at their convenience, through a QR code, mobile app or web form, and anonymously (when selected).
All data is securely managed within the RBA system and accessible only to authorized personnel. The platform has ISO27001 certification for data security.
You can deploy as few or as many of the included tools as you like based on your company’s goals. Only those you choose will be visible to users.
