Barbara Gregory

Prior to joining the RBA, Barbara Gregory worked for Walmart Inc. for over 23 years, primarily in Responsible Sourcing. There she played a key role in transitioning from their proprietary audits to exclusively accepting third-party audit schemes. Barbara’s primary focus then became influencing improvements in social auditing to more effectively identify indicators of forced labor.  Stakeholder engagement, creating collaborative forums and working groups, standards benchmarking, investigations management, and developing program enhancements in fire and building safety were also areas of emphasis.  Prior to Responsible Sourcing, Barbara spent time in Sustainable Textiles and Apparel Product Development.
