Pilot Summary Report: Building Capabilities to Implement CSR Management Systems at ICT Suppliers in China

Drawing on research conducted by the Foreign Investment Advisory Service, four in-factory pilots were conducted focused on improving corporate social responsibility management systems and related worker-management communications approaches while measuring the impacts, costs and benefits of each pilot.
